I viewed his 144's and he sold near peak prices. All you have to do is view the 144's, see that no amended 144 was filed, and see what he sold at. Even if it was only 3.0 million, a bit more money than investors who bought at .10 are going to make if this goes south. Some on liehub are speculating this will be halted on Friday. No way will they halt this. The SEC is not going to react to a second article by a Canadian firm or a PR agency dropping them as a client. It would make them look foolish. If they feel this company is conducting business in a manner which is suspect, and looking at the current share price maliaise, if I were them I would let the market deal with this and not trap retail investors by ordering a halt. What good would that do? The innocent would be punished along with the guilty. I hope they do not take that action.

Anyway, happy here as Southampton finally beat Arsenal for the first time in the Premier League, and Southampton keeps their run going. Off for a cuppa and a chip butty.
