Read this post. Might be they had to withdraw the old one first, then they refile a new one.

I hope it is a bloody Friday. I will have bids set up at .0002 and .0001.
Anyone who panic sold today will be sorry. They are simply going to refile the S-1 with the SEC. My guess would be they refile as soon as Friday, and if not then maybe Monday of next week. This is a non event and people here acting like the sky is falling. This will be the best opportunity to pick up cheap shares I've had since following this stock.
