Martin chose to close the OH plant and keep the NY location because the last EWSI PR said money was being given to Martin via an HTA contract and that money was going into the NY location.
Martin handed out shares like candy because he thought the China deal would materialize and it did not. That is why we are here today at this pathetic PPS.
