I've reread some older stuff and i believe creative edge's subsidiary, cen bio, is the one who actually applied for the license. This should not be an issue.
As for the anxiety/ all over the board.... well, I think it's better to focus on what can go wrong with an investment and be prepared to exit vs. only seeing sunshine, blue sky, and dollar signs. That's why I question everything. Just my way and it's probably not right for anyone else.
