ces 2015 is the largest international consumer electronics (b2b) trade show in the world
next ur going to tell me that a share reduction is meaningless!!?!?!?
price is perception. if people can be wrongly convinced that a 5.5milly reduction is meaningless then congrats to the liars and manipulators
fact is
1) ntek has a one year restriction on shares it dispenses
2) means those shares will not hit the float for a year
3) ntek is signaling a trend towards reduction of the o/s
4) acquisition strategy means no more ntek dilution
(shorts may have been counting on an a/s increase and a r/s)
5) ntek recent shareholder letter, acquisition and actions suggests ntek doesn't need to increase the a/s. nor a r/s
ntek is executing on their business agenda. proof is in the pudding. content. patents. products. progress. ces is a significant event.
