gotta say - all great thoughts & uplifting sentiment...
LymPro revenue announcement and/or BP WO's facilitated thru ICON at the Jan. convention could just be the ticket for Gerald to renew his credibility on the Street. S/S numbers are extremely important. Resolution of the insurance billing CPT code system for Medicare, Medicaid as well as the private insurance industry is secondarily important as well.
However, revenue will be King - this is all that really matters as an offset to the expanded share structure. Question is - do you encumber LymPro with a JV Agreement, or keep it unencumbered for spin off purposes? Licensing is yet another revenue center which can work in conjunction with/or separate and apart from the aforementioned - also will Geneva be the proverbial gateway for expansion in Europe and more importantly Asia, with lax regulatory hurdles...
