I would think a penny and above. I don't like counting my chickens before they hatch. Would like to see a good upward price movement and stabilization before I celebrate. I am expecting sell offs of some when the price goes up. Once we get past that stage, I would like to see the price stabilize and new investors come in. At that time, Vegas would be the destination.
