Phil is correct. I am one of those USG1 members who was contacted and requested my shares and that of 2 others in my family to get unrestricted.
I have no idea when this thing actually gets approved, but that was one of the sticking points so I am hoping for early in 2105
Please do your own DD and while I hope for grand things here...It is my opinion only
