hour" today (per usual). no one stacks the ask like that. not anyone with intelligence intent to grab best price
work of shorts. good news is that (just like the last few days) the offers go away as the day progresses. since they can't induce selling they can't afford to short lower really
not with pending catalysts. shareholders wait this out, then shorts will have to cover in earnest and they won't be shorting through the bid
