RH is a very very wealthy man who would not risk his credibility or fortune on gaining a mere $32,000 (give or take can't remember exact number) from his alleged P&D. Besides that, Bill has publically stated that IF charges were brought and proven he would then cut Hamden out of any association with FITX. So my answer is NO, not worried in the least.
