I remember a phone conversation earlier this year where he stated he was holding a core position and trading the rest of his shares. Sounds like a flipper to me.

Being a trader is fine if that's one's strategy. But no one believes someone is a long investor when they're flipping part of their shares and bashing the company at the same time.
