Someone better go over there and tell your fellow long NewMoney to keep a stiff upper lip. If the longs start expressing that five years, eight months is a long time to go without seeing any results, other longs might start publicly agreeing with him and that would undermine the 'positive face' effort.
Maybe remind him of the good news that the CEO summed up 2014 as a year of "tangiblle progress" on the processor sales effort...and you can suggest that 2015 might be a year of "unprecedented progress!" on the sales effort front.
