Stephen.brewer, I am not certain who all the chill affects either (I too use Scottrade). But according to recent press releases, the new CEO is actively working on getting this chill removed, and expects to clear this up shortly. All the problems were caused by the old CEO as well as issues surrounding the previous bottling company that failed to produce.

This one is obviously a gamble, but if all goes as expected, it could be a very great bounce play that meets and I would think might exceed previous levels.
