I agree, Bill did say that but he can't just stand by and watch what is happening in Vegas. He has to get a foot hold there. My gut feeling is, the shares Bill has been selling he used to help purchase the property in Vegas and when they make MMJ schedule 2 he will merge Vegas with Cen Bio. Just my opinion.
