Dr. PennyStocks - rocks! I believe his analysis is reliable and is objective.. Like how he forecasted a large dip back to .02 when we hit .06 is very logical based on chart patterns if you are a chartist. My opinion is they do not matter as much as my OTC has been the penny stock CEO has more influence on PPS than charting indicators.
