They've always included a statement of cash flows. This is not a new occurrence.

It is not equivalent because the financials are not in GAAP form. One thing that is certain regarding GAAP is that a manufacturing company must disclose their inventory. Nanologix does not. OTC Pink requires the financials to be in GAAP form and they do not require them to be audited.
