SA is a bit of a joke, anyone can summit an article.  This author did not even read any of the latest news on CTIX.  What kind of DD is that.  Just proves my long standing feeling, SA is mostly a place for shareholder to write articles to dump or pump a stock.  Once in a while there is a good article, but not often.
