Precisely, if anyone was selling, they first try to sell at market rate which is 0.0001.

The cost of placing an order for 2000 shares if put up for sale at 0.0001 (worth 20 cents) is about $8.95 or so depending on who your broker is, which is more than the seller would recoup.

Clearly manipulating the price downwards. If the seller only had 2000 shares to sell, why not hold on to them and wait and see what happens?

It still has not generated any other sells! Well the fool seller has lost some more money though!
