Yes Joey, a Merry Christmas you and everyone else here.
WE SUFFERED ALOT HERE THAT WAS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR.
Hope is alive that the assets of AEGY and SKTO don't get sold to Haltain. Because Haltain had numerous other aquisitions that never happened maybe this also won't happen. It may be this is a test to see what the CSE will approve or a go around; sell the assets so no merger has to be approved. Then reissue stock from Haltain, as a dividend, to the shareholders, of record, of AEGY and SKTO (these stocks would be totally worthless at this point). THIS WOULD BE NEAT, NO MERGER TO GET DENIED, ALL ASSETS ARE TRANSFERRED AND THE AEGY AND SKTO SHAREHOLDERS ARE HAPPY WITH NEWLY ISSUED HALTAIN SHARES.
AND OF COURSE WE THEN HAVE THUMBED OUR NOSE AT THE SEC AND BIG PHARMA
