Why would anybody buy out a company who's product can be re-engineered for less than the cost of the present market cap ?

Bordynuiks machines are not novel in design, nor protected by patents.

A few million dollars spread between parts and a couple of experienced mechanical, chemical, and additives engineers most likely gets an end result that actually will run also.

Makes no financial sense to buyout a shell of a company with machines that don't run..
