What is going on at the facility? Any activity? There is guard on the property. Are there any other cars there daily ? Did the company file something with Essex yet or do they need to wait for the decision to be announced. If Essex boots the ag requirement where does that put fitx with respect the zoning of the facility and it further development. Does anyone know if fitx has filed in the county next door for something. I would like to buy back in at these levels but its like a vaccuume in fitx land.
