Thanks for that... now I know what DD is... gheeze, thanks. But as you said, I t is done BEFORE getting in. I think we have done some level of DD, but for some reason, folks seem to think that Chris is the person to do their DD for them. Ask Chris, ask Chris.... surely he owes answers.

Well, he does not. He answers to the board and as far as I know, nobody here is on the Board of Directors.

So, pardon me if I don't genuflect to you, since you obviously believe you are the big man on campus here. As I understand it, you are not now a part of the company in any respect (were you ever?) although you seem to feel you are the expert. As I mentioned before, if the complaint filed ever comes to anything, I would think you should be spending your time figuring out how you are going to keep from becoming Bubba's bitch.
