thats what i was still digging to find out .. i cant find anymore news about it ..
So maybe it never worked out ... Maybe it was a legal issue when they signed the LOI over the HOGE ... maybe why it took so long to come to market .. ( who was the rightful owner ) ... just a thought .. guess
