Sorry but you should understand that those disclaimers and that safe harbor clause are there to protect shareholders.
The fact that you continue to point to that as your apparent proof of fraud is laughable and lends to a lack of credibility in evaluating a company and its potential.
Furthermore, the fact that you cannot produce one shred of evidence yet have no qualms with publicly declaring fraud lends even more to a lack of credibility and clearly paints the picture of a straight up liar.
