Based upon your post there was not the slightest effort to get the accounting up to date. So this means they don't get done until the sec investigation complete and the sec investigation not complete until the filings get done? Enigma?

Since there is now an investigation ongoing somebody must be shuffling some papers around in the shadows .

I agree that the update should have been more substantive in terms of what the actual plans are rather than holiday plans
