XNRG - Response #1: Idira-Xun Enterprises Limited (IXEL) was incorporated in Hong Kong on November 6, 2014. Xun Oil Corporation, a wholly owned subisidary of Xun Energy, Inc. will own 50% of the shares of IXEL once it is fully organized. It is premature to discuss IXEL as there are no definitive agreements between the parties involved. This is a process in works.
