There are a lot of biotechs that don't and if they do they haven't to the enormous extent this company has. It all boils down to the fact that companies that go public on the OTC end up having to do do so because they can't raise money at all and an IPO on the OTC doesn't garner the attention or money that it would if it IPOd on a big board exchange. It is one thing to say that it is sometimes necessary but another when it's to the tune of many hundreds of millions of shares bordering on a billion.

And keep an open mind on here. Don't get suckered into the insane clown posse that has come to dominate here. This is a place for open discussion and not to rip others if they disagree with their opinion as it has become.
