So do you have any suggestions?   How do "we all just grant" ANYTHING as shareholders?  We've already witnessed how he responds to criticism.  Shall we all e-mail Mark and tell him tha late financials are unacceptable?  Have you ever noticed the number of late filing notices in the pinks?  It's not uncommon.  Many pinks have NO financial reports and NEVER answer e-mails.  And frankly, the way some verbiage in e-mails escalated into name-calling, I wouldn't give folks the time of day if I thought that was the prevailing sentiment.  Nor am I making excuses; there is always room for improvement.  We'll know over time where we ultimately stand.  Good luck to us!
