Absolutely, there are scanners and it depends how every trader sets it up. Some set the scan for volume, some set it for golden cross, some set it for break of 50 MA, some for MACD crossing, and so on. The real volume and breakout will really come when we break the 50 MA as most momo traders set their alert for this specific parameter and of course the 200 MA also.
