What has happened to the law suit by Treaty against the perpetrators who tried to roll them into bankruptcy? Wasn't there supposed to be a hearing or trial this December? And wasn't Treaty expecting some positive news from that situation? Anyone checked this out? Could it provide Treaty and new officers and current shareholders some opportunity, and if so, is this situation being pursued by current administration?
