Re: pumpkinsherrie #1079
This is what I've been saying-both limited info and current info co's have to subscribe to the The OTC Disclosure & News Service
I've been calling this OTC filing fees because thats what penny co's call it and they have to pay those fees to OTC
I didnt know how much those filing fees were and the whole point of my discussion yesterday was trying to discover how much it would cost NNLX to upgrade to current
a previous limited info co i was in had filing fees of ca 3000/year several years ago, but OTC has increased all its fees as they make very clear from OTC's 10Q's so i didnt know what the current filing fees would be and i had never seen otc specify the amount of those fees-the subscription
so yesterday when u said u had seen that info and could pull it up we were thinking of very different things-u were thinking of broker dealer fees -i didnt change the subject -my goal was to determine what those co subscription otc filing fees would be
then a source who was privy to a discussion re 40 pages of red tape required by otc to upgrade from no info disclosed this "OTC Pink companies: $4,200 per year with a $500 setup fee''
I already knew OTC had instituted a new 10000/year surcharge subscription fee for OTCQB co's beginning May1 2014 on a rotating basis beginning 4 months after the end of their fiscal year beginning w those co's whose fiscal year ended c April or May 1 but didnt know if that included the otc filing fees or not -it does
i was trying to provide a framework to solve the pps decline debacle by showing exactly what it would take to upgrade to limited info or current info while preparing to uplist to OTCQB-it takes most penny co's c 2 years to uplist to OTCQB because OTCQB requires audited financials
to escape the targeting by shorters of no info co's and increase the investor pool and buy sell ratio and thus stop the pps decline
because as a no info co the only people aware of NNLX are core longs and shorters/daytraders etc
and i thought providing a concrete solution would be much better than holders blindly complaining about pps decline-but instead i got the usual round of magicians misdirection character assassination attacks from left field -keep it guys and u will lose any rational posters
most investors wont invest in no info co for many reasons and theres no info on otc-the go to source for pinks- for them to discover NNLX
other posts of mine mentioned the 10000 OTCQB annual subscription OTC surcharge
