So can we consider this a time to even focus more?
Financials - get us at least to 4th quarter of this year. If the financials show that bankruptcy is imminent, than file to restructure. If we can jump over those two hurdles - I think finding oil and bringing the water company as part of us, but protected from attachment would be smart.
