I hear what you are saying, i think the thing to take away from this is without any oil production the stock was going to continue south anyway, now the price is stable for two weeks and after that anybody that wants can buy on the grey market for a fraction of current price. Good thing the sec is protecting the market shareholders for them. Bad for the sheeple though
