I'm certainly not the expert on this, but in addition to getting updated filings, the sec requires the company to get a market maker to "Sponser" the company and be able to assist with an accurate quote
Just part of the rules, the good thing about treaty is that it's not like other companies that have had no financials for years.
This may be the best remedy to get the company back in order, can we get a cusip change while we are at this and get all the stock accounted for?
