I think someone has the right idea; bid just ahead of CDEL.
It looks like he's trying to run a block w/113000 @ .125 on the bid and 21000 on the ask @ .1695 (VDNM ahead of him w/5k on ask @ .1695)
It would seem like one could sustain more pressure upwards and achieve better buys in the process. If shorting they'd have to raise the bid to cover.
