They have a chit load of monies due by end of 01/15 and do not have the resources to continue testing and development in the other pipes.
Where is all this money going to come from - the 2nd-Bil. and LPC?
Gerald's "financial engineering" is serious lacking and AMBS is leveraged out the arse.
The financial runway is already lined with way too much paper.
There's an imminent RS just around the corner, which by the looks of things,
will not be "conducted from strength"
