this is not new to me as u imply anymore than the nov otc letter is new to me- i've already posted this info several times in different ways from different places on otc
your own post before discusses how otc charges a de facto bribe price to remove a stop sign -thats because otc, while not a regulatory agency, often acts like it and penny traders often think its regulatory as it makes life or death decisions on penny stocks-
besides a marketplace w the imprimatur of finra sec etc -even though its a for profit co traded like any other co -it saw a need for a centralized market for otc stocks which is what it created or facilitated and a way to profit from such via fees charged broker-dealers and co's traded
and sets the pink standards under the supposed oversight of the aforementioned
