If the officers and insiders disposed of shares either directly or indirectly they would have had to file a form 4 , right? Well none were filed . So who really profited from the Belize fiasco? We may never know as the flood and subsequent fire in the basement of the DTC after hurricane sandy wiped out the DTC records. Maybe the princess boys are involved then the shareholders would have somebody to go after.
