Well sir, no they're not. If you are the only one you know of that is bringing this subject up, maybe it's because the subject doesn't exist. I don't know what to tell you beyond what I've already shared and I certainly don't want to argue about it with you. If you want to believe the electronic trading system is a market and operates the same as NASDAQ and NYSE even though the SEC clearly defines what they are, you're free to do so.
