Yes, of course. Because you believe I'm short so you believe putting in another bid will hurt me. The faster and harder you throw your cold hard cash at me as I continue to sell you naked shares, the more I get hurt. Have you thought of purchasing your shares in nickels?? That would be very inconvenient for the shorters to have to cash those in.
Don't you think that if I had been short all of this time that I would be bragging about it?? Shorting PTOI and having it drop somewhere around 99% would be a home run.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
