so if otc is not charging filing fees who is charging limited info co's 3500 plus to have their financials listed on otc -
such ceos have believed otc is charging them those fees and despite the litany of high level bashers who have taken me on/been assigned to me in the past no body has ever before disputed that otc was charging those filing fees- if not otc then who?
