Gerald should know if his company will be floundering at 8 cents, or if they will be able to uplist organically.
Further, there is a HUGE difference between 8 cents and 2 dollars.
If you disagree with this then you are saying it is okay if the CEO is clueless as to how the market will react to "news." Of course he won't be able to predict the exact price, but he should have a ballpark price in his mind. I hope he doesn't think appointing people to the management team means anything to the share price.
