I'm a bit curious as to whether you PTOI investors heard the constant warnings about penny stocks at any time over the past few decades. You can see that PTOI is a penny stock and you can see it was represented as having a valuable technology which you could see was too good to be true. As icing, the founder has been charged with accounting fraud by two agencies, showing he's highly dishonest. You can see how those promises of $10/bbl cpst oil and WTI-$3/bbl price just aren't materializing in a comedy of constant snafus which rival every other Spanish Prisoner scam. Five years, eight months and no end in sight.
What gives??
You understand that PTOI's 'waste' to crude oil representations at the beginning rival that of the country of Saudi Arabia if true, right? Saudi Arabia really does produce crude oil for around $10/bbl and sell it for around WTI-$3. Mr. Bordynuik essentially told investors he was like Saudi Arabia!
Granted that after this many years PTOI no longer seems too-good-to-be-true...but that's only because it's clear that Mr. Bordynuik is a scamster who lied his butt off to get investment. But just because it becomes obvious that a company is no longer too good to be true doesn't mean it's any more credible. Don't make excuses to defend PTOI.
As I've been saying for four and a half years, think objectively about this, people. Your unmitigated contributions to scam stocks send a constant strong message to other penny stock fraudsters that it's highly lucrative to purchase shells and convert them into story stocks. That makes the markets worse for everyone.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
