i said NNLX needs to upgrade until they can uplist
NNLX doesnt presently have the money to uplist to otcqb etc so until then a limited info or current pink would have benefits over present no info status - the post below was just 1 of my posts detailing those benefits
essentially all penny stocks I've seen have been falling the last year and generally since sept 2009 without regard to the companies intrinsic value-as Mach points out- as day, technical, HFT, hedge funds, shorters etc traders siphon money from retail- accentuated this time of year as penny traders sell for a variety of reasons in Nov -Dec
This siphoning plus targeting by shorters etc is greatest in pinks and greatest in no info co's (other than ce's)- so I've explained at length- having studied the penny market closely since 2009- the best thing NNLX can do for holders while we are waiting for substantial revenues is to upgrade to pink current while preparing to uplist to OTCQB-
would only take ca 1250 to upgrade to current for now and less to limited info- just otc filing fees (NNLX already has much more financial info than required for limited info when they present the 2nd/3rd qtr, as limited info only requires posting such every 6 months, and such postings are usually bare bones, and i cant ever remember seeing a cash flow posting in limited info as NNLX has provided in detail) to increase the investor pool and improve the buy sell ratio-
so investors can see NNLX's financials,which are EXCELLENT for this pps-- especially as NNLX has a known to us game changing product- and such co's are worth far more than shares times pps- so tired dont even remember the word for it- discounted future value is much greater than NNLX's market monetization
I've mentioned 1 OTCQB co w 50 million debt and only 5k assets -most no info co's have current ratios below 1 -as low as .0001-even many OTCQB co's do-and most no info co's have negative assets- many w liabilities exceeding assets by many multiples -last NNLX financials I saw assets exceeded liabilities by 5 or 6 or 7 to 1
and w all the catalysts occurring and forthcoming as they transition form the development stage to substantial revenue in the next quarters...
look at thousands of other pennies and u will see what i mean -but that doesnt matter when NNLX's financials are not presented on OTC-nobody but us will know
I've seen stocks over $20/share w negative income and many OTCQB stocks have negative income themselves -so most investors stay away from pinks -esp below current- falsely assuming all such are scams or horrible financials- so until NNLX is at least limited info practically nobody other than current holders will be aware of the co (except for day/promo players who will jump in to siphon after ebola PR's etc) or see its financials
probably most traders dont even follow these boards so we are limited in the influence/education we can have via our postings -mostly just for longs benefit -just the sad reality- because most penny traders who do any dd- and many do none other than the charts- get their info from otcmarkets.com or edgar
since pink co's are not SEC reporting (except those who dont meet new OTCQB min 1c pps and 10,000/year surcharge requirements) that leaves the non-regulatory OTC as the only source of most pink traders info-
