Just to create some semblance of order in reference to these mindless idiots that are paid to bash but don't disclose their compensation; they are certainly running afoul of the securities laws. What's MORE important is they are breaking the law in such a way that it doesn't MATTER whether or not the disclaimers on I Hub are protecting them. The are breaking laws that have the interest of other agencies that could give a rats ass about disclaimers.
They are also of the misunderstanding that the admins of Investor Hangout are as scurrilous as the demons at I HUB
(here is the definition for you meatheads that are reading these posts from I HUB that are cleary stupid as all get out)
Scurrilous ˈskərələs/Submit
adjective
making or spreading scandalous claims about someone with the intention of damaging their reputation.
"a scurrilous attack on his integrity"
synonyms: defamatory, slanderous, libelous, scandalous, insulting, offensive, gross; More
humorously insulting.
"a very funny collection of bawdy and scurrilous writings"
We clear them out quickly on this site.
My point is this: You paid bashers have been noticed. Yes indeed you have. Not by the audience you wish as your rantings have now turned to asinine nonsense that even neophytes can't believe, but by the very organizations that will take you down. Don't take solace in the fact that you have amassed millions of cheap shares of the best OTC company in decades. They are considered ill gotten gain. They aren't yours to keep.
Enjoy the Holidays Snakes. Because next year your journalistic bleating will come to a halt when your front door gets taken out and the PTB conficates your phones, tablets, computers, bank records, brokerage statements and your Lives. Ta ta little people.
