great questions - all depends on AMBS brain trust and their "financial advisors"
- do you sell LymPro outright, and then put those proceeds into T&D on the other pipes
- do you spin LymPro out under its own ticker, and then offer a dividend to investors
- do you license LymPro to multiple BPs thru ICONs extensive ntl. & intl. BP rolodex
- do you open-up a consortium sale to a handful of BP's - say 7 ea. @ 7% = 49% equity buyout , with royalty kickers on the hurdles - all the while keeping 51% control
- 1 question begs for more than 1 answer - as there's multiple ways to generate revenue
- only question is - whats the best & highest use of that revenue recognition path forward
- its time to see the "math"
