If and team wanted to run a scam, he sure went about it the hard way. Security, grow rooms, ect. Didn't we meet almost all criteria for a license except for a few small fixable issues i.e. screen, and camera distance? I just don't buy the premise that this was a money scam for Bill and the board that some are suggesting.
