You are right, probably the words, "Stand up guys." should be used in a different context. My thought was that some of the board members have amazing credentials. I just don't see putting ones reputation on the line for a questionable company. I guess for some however, money talks and bullshit walks. There are those that will sell their souls for a buck, I hope I am right about the board members because i am also under water as well.
