Imo, you can't get off the greys by changing the cusip number or symbol. Still requires SEC approval, I would think. Merger or buy out is what is needed, imo.

Assets were transferred back to MSJ probably because they'd have a better chance negotiating a deal with another company.

MSJ finds a buy out or JV partner, then there is a share exchange to take care of the debt holders and we longs go along with them.
