HIGH VELOCITY ENTERPRISES TO BE ACQUIRED BY A TECHNOLOGY COMPANY
Freehold, NJ – December 19, 2014 – HIGH VELOCITY ENTERPRISES, INC. (PINK: HVEL) has entered into an agreement where as it would be acquired by a Silicon Valley based technology company with numerous operational subsidiaries. A Letter of Intent has been executed and the acquisition is expected to close within the next 30 days.
Commented President Bruce Schoengood, “I am extremely pleased to be in a position to bring the shareholders a company with major assets that will enhance the value of High Velocity and present a great opportunity for explosive growth. I appreciate the patience of the shareholders and would like to express my thanks and appreciation for their support.”
Due to the nature of the deal and terms of the agreement we cannot disclose the name of the company. Immediately after the deal is complete, the terms and details will be announced.
